Welcome to Blind Date Book Club! 👋

Our book club genre will be revealed on 1st of each month! 😍 Orders can then be placed between 1st and the 15th 🤳💻 these will be posted out ready for everyone to open together and start reading on the 1st of the following month 📚🫂 want to know more?..

Here's how it works... 😍

When signing up I will take a list of genres you love, a list of ones you are happy to try and a list of ones you have no interest in at all, I will then try to make sure the book choice suits everyone ❤️ I will also take virtual library links or bookshelf images/TBR piles to make sure it is not a book anyone already owns/ has read.

There is a WhatsApp group for all participants that you will be added to 🤳

A message will be sent out on the first of the month giving the genre of the book for the following month (+ any trigger warnings/ important trope info) ordering for this will then open and be available for 2 weeks (until the 15th) ❤️

At the end of those 2 weeks all the orders will be made and posted out to be delivered by the end of the month. (Ready for everyone to start on the 1st of the month)

The chapters in the book will be divided into 4 e.g. 

From the 1st - 7th aim to read to chapter 7 then on the 7th everyone can discuss what they have read and what they think. Any chat about content before the 7th would be spoilers as everyone will not read at the same pace.

Each week will have a cut off chapter, feel free to read ahead but please be aware that you cannot discuss past the agreed point as it will ruin the story for others ❤️ the chapter/ page breakdown will be sent out with each book parcel.

Each book will be wrapped the same as my 'blind date with a book's

Books will be a selection of new/ preloved & paperback/hardback.

Each book will come with 4 drinks (your preferences will be taken when signing up).

Each book will come with an acrylic bookmark made to match the books aesthetic.

Pricing;

£10.99 - (monthly, p&p included)

This will include the month's wrapped book, the made to match acrylic bookmark and 4 drinks 

£16.99 - (p&p included)

This will include all of the above but will also contain extra items made to match the books aesthetic with a minimum value of £9

You do not have to commit to either option every month. If a book genre is put out and you do not want to read it simply don't order that month, you will still be welcome back the next month! ❤️ If you usually order the £10.99 option but then your favourite genre comes up you can upgrade as a one off ❤️

Our book club so far;

July 2025 was our first month and we fully enjoyed this psychological/ mystery thriller by Sophie McKenzie 

August's book club genre was a Summer romance; 🌞❤️

September's book club- we read a 'fairytale' fantasy;

October's book had all the Halloween vibes 🎃😍

Novembers book was a 'slightly spicy' winter romance 

For December we had a weekly advent 😍 with a 'quick read' Christmas mystery 🎄

And this month we are reading a dark siren romantasy ... Which I highly recommend!! What a brilliant book! 

February's book has been an emotional romance ❤️📚
